The Gisborne Good Food team is back in the kitchen this week and serving up two of their most popular dishes:

Succulent Roast Pork with crackling, rich gravy, hasselback potatoes, roast beetroot and lightly spiced cauliflower, and Sticky Date Pudding for dessert.

With over 40 years of catering experience, Wendy Bennett knows a thing or 2 about how to do a good roast! And Holly is a qualified pastry chef with over 20 years experience, so needless to say she knows a thing or 2 about how to create the perfect Sticky Date.

The GGF team have been busy catering this week! Here are just 2 of the delectable dishes to come out of the kitchen:
