This weekend is my beautiful Mum’s 80th birthday. She is celebrating with friends and family.
This cake was a true labour of love with a couple of heart stopping moments. It’s two chocolate cakes with butterscotch vanilla buttercream. Decorated with fondant flowers and butterflies and a final flourish of lustre dust.

Second order for today. Chocolate cupcakes filled with raspberry jam and piped with rosettes of raspberry buttercream. Decorated with crush freeze dried raspberries, blueberries and rose petals. Finishes with a wee spray of pink lustre dust. How pretty do they look. Thank you again for your order.
