ORIGIN BACKGROUND

Region: Colombia, Huila region
Processing: Natural anearobic
Elevation: 1780 metres above sea level.
Tasting Notes: Juicy white peach, apricot, cacao nib. The anaerobic natural processing method also gives a really nice body, with those great tropical flavours.

Kyle is the coffee roaster and driving force behind this family business. His passion and dedication behind this business is incredible.

Our eldest boy is always keen to “help” which is not always helpful 🫠

Our youngest is pretty chill about it all but I’m sure he will be just as helpful as his older brother as he grows up 😂
