We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for Indian restaurant who is committed to the food and beverage industry, customer service, has attention to detail and is a proactive problem solver.
Key responsibilities:
• General management of the restaurant, staff, customers and suppliers
• Rostering and managing staff
• Organizing functions and events
• Management of stock levels, including purchasing and till operations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Making certain of customers satisfaction with their meal and the overall service
• Recruit, train and motivate staff
• Planning menu in assistance with Chefs and setting prices
• Managing sales targets and implementing branch budgets
• Completing business reports including End of Day and weekly reporting
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in business. Must have a experience as a restaurant manager position for atleast 2 years. Must have a manager’s certificate. Able to work independently and manage the business, hold broad managerial skills to manage the work and staff in the business, as well as the ability to multi-task and run the restaurant smoothly. You must have a knowledge about Indian Cuisine. Must be available on weekends and able to do split shifts.
