There’s a lot of good people in our small town,
with skills knowledge and life experience that never gets shared

Retired tradies
Parents
Cooks
Artists
Gardeners
Hunters
Business owners
People who’ve simply lived through hard things

That knowledge matters. One thing I’d love to see more of is people coming together and sharing what they know instead of everyone being isolated in their own world

That’s where real growth happens
Community learning from community❤️🤍🖤

I see the mahi you’ve put into this place and I’m grateful for every bit of it❤️
Right now things are tight and I’ve had to make some hard calls. That sits on me, not you🥺

Building something from nothing was never going to be easy and I’m trying to push through this stage without losing what matters along the way

Just know your time, energy and support hasn’t gone unnoticed

I think people are starting to realise this space was never just about a cafe that’s trying to recreate what was already here
Behind the scenes there’s conversations happening around training, support, direction and creating opportunities for people that may have felt stuck for a while. Not everyone learns the same, not everyone fits the same system, That doesn’t mean they have nothing to offer.

I’ve met some incredibly capable people who just needed someone to believe in them and give them a chance.

That’s the direction this is growing🌿
