Expansion Announcement: We’re Hiring a Morning Baker

Do you love the smell of fresh baking before sunrise?

Bella’s Cafe, Alexandra and Duo Cafe, Clyde are looking for a dedicated Morning Baker to help continue the legacy of our famous homemade scones and fresh daily baking.

This role is perfect for an early riser who takes pride in creating quality baking from scratch and understands that great café experiences start long before the doors open.

Shift Hours:
4:30am – 8:00am

What the role involves:
• Preparing and baking our famous scones and daily cabinet favourites
• Ensuring baking consistency and quality every single day
• Setting the kitchen up for success before the morning rush
• Maintaining high food safety and kitchen organisation standards
• Working independently while being part of a supportive team culture
• Taking pride in presentation, preparation, and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in baking, cafés, hospitality, or commercial kitchens preferred
• A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude
• Someone who enjoys early starts and working independently
• Passion for homemade baking and quality ingredients
• A commitment to consistency and maintaining our baking traditions
