When was the last time you made stuffed baked potatoes??? 😋 they really do fill-a-gap!! Lol
Super easy.. get the kids making them, fill with what ever you have available, I've used onion, garlic, tomatoes, corn and bacon ( cook everything first, add to potato mash and refill shells) . Topped off with cheese!!! Bake up till cheese melts 😋

Sheppards Pie tonight's dinner ... yummy!!

Happy Friday!!
No video today, just a quick dinner idea for anyone 🤔 who's thinking about what's for dinner tonight? Good old fashion cottage pie.
Recipe:
Chop up the vegs you want to use, could be just frozen veg if that's all you have.
Mince - enough for your family size.
Tin of chopped tomatoes 🍅
Herbs and spices to suit, check out mine in the photo.
Worcestershire sauce or tsp of marmite dissolved in 10mls of warm water.
Garlic crushed
Potatoes 🥔 for the mash.
Sweat down vegs and add herbs and spices
Add mince , tomatoes and sauce.
Cook mince mixture until mince is cooked through.
Mash potatoes with garlic butter
Layer into dish
Top with cheese
Bake @ 180 for 30min or until bubbling. YUMMY!!

Left over mince can be used for pies or mince on toast!

Forgot to do a photo before I served it up!! 😆.. but here's my plate, I didn't have steak but the salad and potatoes 😋 were lovely.

The good old potato 🥔 bake is a delightful way to have potatoes 🥔 😋 super yummy and once you get the base right, you can add other flavors to suit. Tonight I have used red onion 🌰 and bacon 🥓
Recipe:
4-5 large Potatoes of your choice
1 large onion
1 heaped tsp garlic
1 heaped tsp mustard
500mls cream
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Smoked paprika
4-5 rashes bacon
Cup of cheese
Mix altogether well, coat all the Potatoes in the cream mix.
Place in a casserole dish, top with grated cheese, cover with tinfoil cook at 180 for 1hour, take cover off and cook for a further 30min or until it looks delish!! 😀

I seen this recipe on More FMs breakfast page... Pretzel slice. Gave it a whirl and this is the result. Only used 1 can of condensed
Milk and added coconut to the base. It's so good 👍
Base
2 cups of crushed pretzels
1 cup coconut
100g butter
1/2 cup brown suger
Caramel
1 can condensed milk
100g butter
Topping
Bag Chocolate chips
50g butter

Hi all, made a video of our dinner last night, its a bit long winded and I'm a bit rusty sorry...the finished product didn't look like the picture but man it tasted amazing!!

Hi Everyone,
Well it's been just over a week since my accident.
I went back to the bone shop today to get another cast.
There is still some swelling and bruising. It's still quite sore especially on the side where I broke the little bone off.
My new cast is amazing,it's light and waterproof. It's stays on for the next 2 weeks. I get some physio next time and a support rather than a cast.
Feeling confident things are on the mend thus far.
