We’ve got a few of our team down with the cold/flu that’s going around, and unfortunately we just don’t have enough people well enough to open.

We’re hoping everyone is back on their feet soon and we’ll be back open Thursday.

AKAROA OPEN MIC NIGHT is on TONIGHT Wednesday 17th June!!
There will be performances by poet Ciaran Fox and also live music from Antony Pickard who will be playing a mini set of original music. It's always a fun evening and a great way to catchup with local friends!
At The Common and doors open 6.30pm, Open Mic from 7.30pm.

What a beautiful morning 💗
It started with a glorious PINK sunrise ☀️💗 Then an amazing bunch of generous and beautiful humans joined us for breakfast.

It was a privilege to hold our first Pink Ribbon Breakfast in honour of Miriam 💗 Sending arohanui to her family and friends xx

We are thrilled to have raised nearly $5k for this important cause 🎀💕 The generosity and support shown this morning was truly special, and a reminder of how lucky we are to be part of such an awesome community. 🎀

This Thursday we will be hosting our first Pink Ribbon Breakfast 🎀

Our close-knit Akaroa community is mourning the loss of Miriam (Mim) Armstrong-Bwayo, who sadly passed away last month from breast cancer.
Unfortunately many of us will know someone whose life has been affected by this cruel disease. Fundraising events like this help fund education, patient support & important research...
