Slight change of plans already this week unfortunately as the foot bones are sore this morning 😬
I'll be back on the street tomorrow (Thursday) but in the meantime stay warm and drink good coffee. Plenty of awesome alternatives to my liquid gold here in Cambridge to choose from. ☕️🚲

My community of coffee lovers never ceases to amaze me.

We didn't quite reach the 500 pairs of un**es but the Kids in Need Waikato team were BLOWN AWAY with the 460 that were delivered today along with the 320 pairs of socks. It gave me goosebumps to be the bringer of such kindness and I can't thank you all enough. Those un**es will bring joy and dignity to about 90 families so that is HUGE. My heart is so full.

To my Cambridge NZ parkrun family, my Little Thinkers family, my Cambridge Resthaven family and my Cy-Co customers/family... thank you again for making a difference. It may seem small to you, but it is MASIVE for those on the receiving end.

This week's schedule is attached but please note that due to the fracture in my foot anything is subject to change if the pain gets too much. I will do my best to continue to deliver the liquid gold we all love ☕️🚲

My cup is always full of liquid gold, but it is even fuller now 🌞☕️
3 days of sunshine, surf and slowness (plus lorikeet feeding and a koala snuggle) was the perfect way to celebrate the start of another lap around the sun for me.

2 options:
1. Bring a pair of new un**es for Kids in Need Waikato and get a fresh warm cinnamon scroll for free (while they last)
2. Pay $5 for a fresh warm cinnamon scroll (while they last) and I'll buy some un**es for Kids in Need Waikato with your fiver.

We are 20% of the way towards the target of 500 pairs.
You can drop them to me today opposite the town hall before 11 or on Sunday at APL where the Te Awamutu Sports Cycling Club criterium is happening from 9-12.

I love autumn in Cambridge! I actually all the time, but autumn is particularly spectacular.
It's been a rough few days in our household hence my lack of presence.
The lad will go back to school today with his asthma finally under control but I am going to take one more day off while I adjust to this moon boot thing and figure out the intricacies of how to make my work manageable.
