What Youโll Do:
๐ด Follow the chefโs lead to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
๐ด Prep food, follow recipes, and maintain cost control.
๐ด Keep the kitchen safe, clean, and organized.
๐ด Collaborate with the team to keep morale high and service running smoothly.
๐ด Support inventory management and solve problems on the fly.
What Weโre Looking For:
๐ฉโ๐ณ A cookery qualification (NZ Level 3/4) or 2+ yearsโ experience in a professional kitchen
๐ A positive, creative, and reliable attitude.
๐งโ๐ป Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and restaurant management tools.
๐ช Calm under pressure, with excellent communication and time management skills.
