Our fantastic Charlie is moving up in the world, he’s graduated and as he says I’ve got a real job!!

So I’m looking for a Certified Duty Manager / Maitre’d or two. Must have valid GM Certificate. Must have wine , beer and cocktail knowledge. A love of Hospo and great food would be a bonus.

This could suit very experienced people, politely saying someone as old as me, or a younger type looking to add to their CV.
