Our new Chicken Waffle might not be the prettiest dish on the menu, but trust us — it’s the one you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.

Crispy chicken, fluffy waffle, hot maple syrup with just the right kick of spice, pickled cucumber, and fresh mixed herbs. Sweet, savoury, spicy, crunchy, and ridiculously moreish.

It’s one of those dishes where you tell yourself, “just one more bite”… and suddenly the plate is empty.

As the leaves turn golden and the days grow cooler, we’re celebrating the season with one of our favourite autumn vegetables — roasted pumpkin.

Our new Roast Pumpkin features creamy avocado, whipped feta, crispy kale, toasted seeds, a perfectly poached egg, and a drizzle of our house-made matcha spicy oil for a gentle kick of warmth. Every bite brings together the rich colours and comforting flavours of the season.

Filled with vibrant autumn hues of gold, green, and earthy tones, this vegetarian dish is as beautiful as it is nourishing — the perfect way to embrace the cooler months.
