What do we say. Im hospitality no days are the same. Some days are way more interesting than the others.

Usually we would shield our kids from any "opinions", hurt or trouble, sometimes nah let's them experience those things together as a family. They are you ger so surely they can see things earlier they will know how to deal with that. The world are not gonna be always nice to them, but through time there will some guardians. God always watching.

As a chef operator I should go to Food Show. Mayb, nah, it's just new sauces, new beers, etc... same same but different every year. I prefer more tradeshows. You meet people with same vibe. Nice to meet you today.
