Level 2 is almost here!
You've heard it from Cindy by now, we can open again! This Thursday, we are ready to move into Level2, to open up the economy but to do it as safely as possible with restrictions and common sense.

We’re so excited to see so many business trying to adapt into this whole situation. 🥰 Unfortunately, we have decided to wait patiently until Alert Level 2 to reopen. We can’t wait to be able to welcome you back in and catch up face to face, and are fully committed to reopening! Apologise but meanwhile, get your coffee fix at our sister cafe, at Rosedale. 🥰

Hey friends and family. We're back online, roasting & shipping! We know we’ve been giving you more mixed messages with what has been spreading out there, and we clearly told everyone that we are not shipping yesterday.
But, we are back. Please let us know what we can do to help you with your daily crave of caffeine.
Please rest assured, our actions are aligned with policy, which as of 1st April, the government made some amendments to. We’ve also contacted MBIE directly multiple times and were given assurance that providing we were following the strict MPI procedures around phyiscal distancing, health and safety procedures, contactless transaction, we could resume looking after our online customers.
During this time, we’re keeping it to the basics. So, coffee, things to make coffee with and a few small bits and pieces.

As concerns around Covid-19 increase here, our team want to reassure our customers that your health and safety is our top priority. We are doing everything possible to give you a safe and comfortable space.
We are always committed to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our cafe. The team is looking at all possible ways to do this even better, so we are...

- ⬆️ no. of times cafés are cleaned daily, from once every two hours to once every hour.
- All equipment, common area surfaces and washrooms are part of this hourly cleaning - and all employees are being equipped with appropriate protection for this work.
- Providing additional sanitizing supplies for our washrooms, if it’s low - don’t be shy to let any of our staff know!

We’re here to take stress out of your day with a morning tea treat, brunch or hot coffee! What ever it may be, please be assured we are doing our best to be ahead of this situation. We are still open as usual business hours.

At the meantime, please take care of yourself and those close to you during time like this.
