1. Special made lemonny sweet soya sauce with coriander And garnish with slice basil
2. Steam Crayfish with soft eggs And garnish with lobster oil
3. Crayfish creamy style spaghetti with homemade basil pesto

Meal was ended with yummy redbean desert, customers impressed and of course my team is happy with their work. Bon appetite🥰🥰🥰

Jet leg, so.. Walked in morning around 4:30am. Found this mobile food stall serving foods for someone working overnight, So call "grave yard shift". Menu was simple, cold noodles, chinese bun, soya milk and pickled veges.

From pickles veges to brine meats, preserve quail eggs in mini salt dome etc.. I have spend hours in this place for observing those food stalls, the way they served, selling and customers feedback. Overall, good experience.
