A little while ago students from led by Drew Brown ( ) created a film project based on us and our little kkwabaegi shop 💛

We were so impressed with what they created that we asked to share their work and will be posting some clips from the project over the next few weeks! So for now, this is Part 1 ☺️

Sticky date pudding, before and after.

You won’t believe how moist it is - thanks to oat milk we were able to make our recipe the way it should be - sticking to your teeth and moist without being dense, not to mention made it VEGAN as well!
You’ll find chewy little orange bits mixed in and a hint of citrus note in our toffee sauce. Bit of a uplifting version of traditional sticky date pudding as the cold mornings start to stick around.

MISO, PEANUTS & CHOCOLATE

Sweet and savoury nature of miso is really addictive! We experimented in so many applications and they almost always works so well.
We amped up the nuttiness with chopped peanut pieces, and doubled the sweetness with Whittaker’s chocolates.
