This month marks two years since we started working with Ben and his team at Be Specialty.

It has been an extraordinary past two years, and looking back, we are incredibly glad that we made the decision to jump on board two years ago.

Ben shows us the value of a true partnership. It’s more than just the product and serviceβ€”it lies in the trust, collaboration, and shared commitment to success.

As a business, coffee is one of our fundamental pillars, and Ben has been the driving force behind that. He is a trusted partner, mentor, and friend who consistently offers us support and guidance, paying attention to even the smallest details.

To celebrate this occasion, we'd love to invite the Be Specialty community to share your favourite daily coffee and tag .
If you stop by our place, we'll have free samples of their drip bags for you to enjoy and try for yourself.

We took a 24h get away to Christchurch last weekend, and we really made every hour count!!πŸ‘Œ

The biggest part of it has got to be seeing Brent & Kay at their new establishment , we absolutely love what they do there, so we decided to do a simultaneous Star Cabinet Recipe Exchange to add some extra fun to our trip!!!✨✨

Here is them making our Strawberry Tiramisu & us trying out their Absolutely Addictive Almond Croissant Cookies recipe. They've even leveled up our Tiramisu game and made from scratch their own strawberry syrup/strawberry creme anglaise/tiramisu basket (oh stop it!)πŸ™€

Strawberry Tiramisu now available in cabinet at πŸ“270 Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch.

And the very addictive Almond Croissant Cookies with Honey Butter Croissant Croutons and Dark Chocolate Melt are now available in ours :)

Developed and each bag handmade & packed by a group of innovative year 13 Business Study students.

It's really great to see our young generations taking such initiatives and turn them into actions, we absolutely love what they've made and we want to give them our best support to see them grow, and so do you!πŸ‘

We are fully stocked up for these yummy treats, if your buddy hasn't got enough bites while visiting us, feel free to purchase a bag or two, we have all flavors available!!

This Winter Menu is all about stepping up and refining our offers on your brunch options.
We continue to serve our pasta range with a swap from linguine to fresh thick ribbon Pappardelle that picks up the pasta sauce perfectly.

Here is the New Pasta Dish:

Beef Ragu Pappardelle.

Fresh pappardelle pasta, slow-braised Wagyu beef cheek ragu, crushed tomatoes, pangrattato, aged parmigiana, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil.

Traditional, Bold and Flavorful.

Other pasta options are available as below:
- Creamy Mushroom & Bacon Pappardelle
- Chilli Prawn Pappardelle
- Creamy Mushroom & Peas & Spinach Pappardelle (vegetarian)

The best way to eat it is to share, please don't keep your dish to yourself.

Apple Crumble Buttermilk Pancakes.

Buttermilk pancakes, pot stewed caramelised spiced apple, housemade steel cut oat crumbles, creme fraiche, salted caramel, maple syrup, crispy bacon.
