Calling all the carbaholics… this one is built different.

I’m in Auckland at Stacked Spuds, home of some seriously stacked and loaded potatoes, and today I’m taking on their 3kg Loaded Spuds Challenge.

This monster is made up of 2kg of potato topped with a full kilo of fillings… we’re talking mince, beans, chicken and plenty of cheese piled high on this mountain of carbs.

Competitors get 15 minutes to demolish the whole thing, and if you smash the record you walk away with $250 cash. 💰

A couple J-Webby pro tips for anyone game enough to try it:
• Let the spuds cool down first 🔥
• Don’t make a mess of the fillings
• And most importantly… grab an ice cold Jarritos to wash it all down. 🧊🥤

By the 5 minute mark I could see the finish line… so I kicked it up a notch and gave this challenge the full J-Webby business.

📍 Sylvia Park – Food trailer
🕙 Shifts: 10:00am – 8:00pm
📍 Auckland CBD – Shop
🕚 Shifts: 11:00am – 10:00pm

🗓️ Open 7 days – rostered shifts
❌ No casual roles

We’re expanding and looking for people who want to grow with the brand and help build the branches long-term.

Role includes:
* Customer service
* Food prep
* Cleaning & general duties

We’re looking for people who:
✔️ Are reliable & punctual
✔️ Take ownership of their role
✔️ Are friendly with customers
✔️ Can commit to regular weekly shifts
✔️ Are comfortable being part of our brand content (livestreams, stories, posts)
✔️ Experience helpful (training provided)
