Wine of the Moment : Domaine Thompson – Aspiring “Blanc de Noir” 2025

Here at The General, as the seasons begin to change, we’re excited to showcase some of the very best wines from our region.

Made from 100% organic, hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, this one is a true favourite with our crew. Minimal skin contact gives it its bright, pale colour and a fresh, crisp mineral finish.

This vintage is a limited production from the Cromwell-based winery, so grab it while stocks last. We can’t wait to share it with you.
