SMOKED PULLED LAMB at the Apiti Tavern and Eatery. We deliciously present our lamb dish entrant for The Great Manawatū Lamb Dish, part of Manawatū Rural Month, 27 September to 31st October 2026.
THE LAMB DISH
Lightly smoked lamb shoulder. Braised for tenderness and pulled, served over a cheesy potato bake and mushy pea, topped with sweet and tangy pomegranate and honey caramelized onions.
