💰 Salary: Competitive & Negotiable (Based on experience & portfolio)
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Cake & Pastry Production: Design, bake, and intricately decorate premium custom cakes, celebration cakes, and a luxury assortment of pastries, tarts, and baked goods.
✨ Menu Innovation: Develop signature dessert menus and exciting new recipes.
✨ Quality Control: Maintain an exceptional standard of visual presentation, flavor, and texture.
Kitchen Management: Manage inventory, reduce waste, source premium ingredients, and maintain an immaculate, hygienic workspace.
🎓 Requirements:
2 to 5 years of professional experience focusing directly on advanced cake decoration, fondant work, and high-quality pastries.
A strong visual portfolio or photos of your past cake/pastry creations (Highly Required).
In-depth knowledge of commercial baking equipment and strict food safety standards.
