tiny cafe in Thamel is perfect for those wanting a decent cup of coffee and gluten free/vegan options (which can be a little difficult to find).

The joy of finding buckwheat pancakes was not lost on me. The food was inexpensive and delicious. The owner is very friendly and clearly takes pride in his cafe. Will be back again!

I had perhaps never seen so small, but the coffee Shankar welcomes you with open arms. It lies north of Thamel, the Chaksibari Marg. Pancake bio delicious and comforting hot lemon. Shankar is very nice. He's young and I wish him the best for his company.

This is a find! Just opened a few months ago. Beautiful organic foods, millet /buckwheat flat breads, tumeric vegie soups. Smoothies, juices and teas. Breakfasts also looks good. Very friendly owner (Shankar) cooks to order and the food is light, bursting with freshness and flavour. I want to go back tomorrow to try more dishes . I had a soup, buckwheat flat bread, pickle and yogurt... and dinner came to 400 rupees. Good value. Looks like a little hole in the wall cafe from the front... more tables inside. I sat out the front...its cute. If you are into healthy food and some different options from the normal Thamel choices... this is for you
