This past weekend, Speilsalen visited Helsinki, where our Head Chef Håkon Solbakk and Head Chef Eero Vottonen at Palace came together for a guest collaboration. A meeting of two Nordic kitchens, shaped by shared ideas, seasonality, and craft.

This Saturday, April 25, the collaboration continues as Palace visits Speilsalen in Trondheim, an evening where the two kitchens meet again, this time in historic Speilsalen.
