We are proud to work in a place where everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

At Héctor, our Crew, guests, friends and neighbors come from different backgrounds, identities and stories. That’s what makes our community special. We don’t all have to be the same to share a table, enjoy a taco, dance to the same music or treat each other with kindness.

That’s why we’re happy to raise the Pride flag.

Not because it’s controversial. Not because it’s political. But because everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and welcome.

And that means one thing: every other week our kitchen will be serving up a brand-new lunch special.

This week’s special is our Summer Shrimp Bowl 🦐

Chili-marinated shrimp served with creamy avocado, Mexican rice, sweet corn, fresh tomatoes, crunchy nachos, pickled onions, sour cream and fresh coriander. Light, fresh, a little spicy and exactly what lunch should be.

Available Monday–Friday from 12.00–16.00.

Today the Crew swapped their Héctor shirts for football jerseys ❤️⚽️

Football Jersey Friday is a reminder that we’re all on the same team. A day to show support for children fighting cancer, and for every kid facing battles they never should have to face.

No child should have to fight for their life.
No child should have to grow up in fear.
No child should have to experience war.

Today we wear our jerseys for children fighting cancer. And we keep the children of Palestine, and every innocent child affected by conflict around the world, in our thoughts.

Children deserve safety.
Children deserve hope.
Children deserve a future.

Holy guacamoly… What is going on with the weather in Trondheim 🌧️😭 One minute it’s sunglasses on Solsiden, next minute it’s full survival mode with sideways rain and emotional damage. Typical Trondheim behavior honestly..

But luckily, it’s always sunny and slightly spicy inside Héctor 🌮☀️ Frozen margs are cold, the vibes are hot, and the guac is amazing. Rain? Never heard of her here.
