Asparagus season is here! We only serve Norwegian asparagus at K2, most years all from , but this year we also got some from Rogaland

The season is quite short lived - so we enjoy it while it’s here. We serve them with nettle, whey sauce and local herbs.

wrote a piece on us when was in town. The main motivation for us to invite individuals like and is to learn, and exchange knowledge. It is always amazing to meet people who share the same ideology as us, but also has done it ten more years than us. They really impress us, and we are grateful they took the time to visit Stavanger. This will not be the last time we invite inspiring European restaurants to K2.

I had the absolute pleasure of being in Stockholm this week.
In a room full of restaurant professionals who are serious and curious about committing to a more sustainable restaurant industry. Everything put together by the wonderful and talented people at and .

Thank you having me. I am left with a lot of motivation and new inspiration. hopefully I could share some insight in our process completing the FOOD MADE GOOD Standard at K2.

May 27th is K2s 6th anniversary, and we will celebrate with our all time favorite

Alfonso and Roberto, two out of four owners of Envinate, will come to K2 teach us all about their wines and winemaking.

29.04.26 kommer Ludovica og Riccardo fra Cortina, Italia til Stavanger for å lage mat hos oss.

Vi besøkte deres restaurant i fjor og falt pladask for stedet og filosofien. Vi har derfor invitert de hit for å bli bedre kjent, dele kunnskap og ikke minst la Stavanger få et lite innblikk i deres restaurant. De driver to restauranter i alpene. En mer avslappet à la carte restaurant, og en fine dining restaurant med rød og grønn Michelin stjerne.
