Step back in time in Nusfjord 🐟🏔️

Just around a 30-minute drive from Lydersen Rorbuer, you’ll find Nusfjord — one of Norway’s oldest and best-preserved fishing villages. ❤️

With historic rorbuer, traditional fishing buildings and dramatic mountains surrounding the harbour, Nusfjord offers a beautiful glimpse into Lofoten’s fishing heritage. Traces of settlement in the area date back to around 425 BC, and the village was once filled with more than a thousand people during the fishing season.
