- Breakfast bun; Potato bun, sunchoke spread, omelette & smoked praga ham
- Cowboy breakfast; Brisket & beans Texas chili with buttermilk biscuit
- Potato salad; Loaded with smoked bacon, ramson and pickles

Dear Sandwich family,

These next two weeks will be your last opportunity to have a bite at OSS before we close our doors here at Vulkan, on Sunday, April 26th.

From the beginning this was a test ride for something we have dreamed of for a long time - we just did not expect to outgrow our little space so quickly.
We want to offer you more, bigger menu and personalized service. But our kitchen is too small for us to meet yours and our demand.

We could not be happier for all your love and enthusiasm, patience and excitement you have shown us so far. This is not good bye, just a see you later!
We are coming back better soon. Until then we’ll be popping up here and there in the meantime - so keep an eye out. And if you’re interested in collaborating, feel free to send us a DM.

Banh Mi now on the menu 🥖

Pork belly pastrami. Meat is dry cured in five spice, garlic, ginger, salt & sugar for 5 days. Then smoked at 95 for 10 hours. Rendered down in individual portions on low heat until core is 70-80. Makes it tender and juicy with a bite without falling apart.

Took a few tries, finally made a baguette we’re happy with

We tried pate, but decided on this fresh Thai basil & koriander ‘pesto’ to match the spring in the air these days ☀️
