Halo-halo
Literally translated as “mix-mix”
A refreshing dessert with layers of shaved ice and condensed milk on top of all sorts of ingredients for an end result that packs in lots of contrasting textures, from chewy to crunchy, creamy to sticky.

Our take is inspired by the kapampangan version .ph for its simple, clean and elegant flavors.

Caramelized banana, jackfruit, nata de coco, custard foam, buttermilk granita and ube merengue.
