From intern to Head Chef.
Julian first joined Restaurant Kontrast as an intern in 2022. After finishing his internship, he left to continue his journey and gain more experience — before returning to join the kitchen team full-time after our second Michelin star in 2024.
Since April, Julian has stepped into the role as our new Head Chef. Calm, dedicated and deeply committed to the craft, he has become an important part of Kontrast and the journey ahead.
