Wines from a family estate in northern Lebanon, between limestone and the sea, introduced in Norway for the first time as part of a menu built around them.

Supporting Lebanese producers and sharing their craft remains central to Raffiné.

Château Musar joins Raffiné for a one-night vintage dinner. Guided by Ch. Musar, the evening brings together a pairing experience spanning five decades, including 1974, 1998, 2005, 2010 and 2018, offering a measured study of the estate’s evolution across time and climate. They are served alongside a sixteen-dish menu presented in four waves, composed to reflect Musar’s character and the landscapes of the Bekaa Valley.
