When Bente opened, it meant we should be affordable, adorable, and offer value for money, and I don’t think we have succeeded enough in that throughout the whole year, even though it was amazing.

So from Friday, we will be back, with the meaning we had before. I wanted to set proper prices on wines, offer cheaper cocktails, and provide three dishes for 295. no bs, just even better vibes, better food and enough of everything.

When Anton passed, Bente woke the hell up—she wanted to live. Sometimes, pain pushes you forward, and now, we’re not looking back.

Starting Friday, Bente is single, and she wants you to fu***ng date her. No holding back—this is a fresh start. We’re not just serving killer food at a damn good price; we’ve got wines and drinks to match. Be yourself, enjoy, and let’s make this one to remember.

Opening week: Friday & Saturday, three dishes for 200, wines just 150 above buy-in. First 59 bookings? Food’s on us. Join the party—Bente’s ready to raise some hell in the kitchen.

This week, full of energy, what lies behind is a part of life - but we can change ahead.

Our menu for this week is here. We went back to sit down and talk about what Bente was before we opened last year, and we have adjusted the things we felt we didn’t manage to bring with us.

So even though we had many people out on all days, we want even more to come out on a grey Tuesday or Wednesday, both to eat and drink. Bente was meant to be an everyday hangout spot for those living around and for people wanting to have fun.

On Thursday, we will open up for Danish lunch, accepting what we wanted to be an all-day and everyday hangout spot.

New openings after this Friday we will host a opening lunch party later news about this:

Friends and haters:

I need both here. As you can see, I got pi**ed at Vink, but naturally, I also like following and reading comments. The text I made before this was angry, but to be honest, anger is too expensive of an emotion to use on this.

I flip it: if Vink doesn’t like us, and I love myself, then I think we have to create an event to find out what’s right and what’s not.

So Wednesday is review day. All those who either hate us or love us are welcome to book a table. Write “review” in the comments on the booking all food this night will be for free, and I want you to come and tell us what you think about us ❤️

Bente is laid-back, loud, and dark. Those three things you can’t comment on.

We only expect you to come to the kitchen and tell me to my face how the night was. That’s the price; nothing else. I’ve got nothing to hide; I am raw as f**k and open as it comes.

We will open 200 seats for the whole night. Thanks a lot! I hope as many as can come will come because I was born with nothing else than my talent and hard work, and my pride—and online badmouthing can’t kill that ❤️
