Norda Oslo 1.mars 2019 åpnet vi Norda i toppetasjen til Clarion Hotel The Hub, 13. etasjer over Oslo.

Hos oss på Norda kan du forvente en personlig opplevelse med god service, vi elsker å fortelle deg om maten på menyen, hvor den kommer fra og hvordan den er laget. Hos oss kan du forvente en personlig opplevelse med god service, vi elsker å fortelle deg om maten på menyen, hvor den kommer fra og hvordan den er laget. Vårt fokus på bærekraft gjennomsyrer alle aspekter av driften og vi er stolte over å ha Oslos største takåker hvor grøntenheter dyrkes og høstes for hånd. Grønnsakene på menyen kommer hovedsakelig fra taket eller fra vårt eget forkultureringsrom og vi mottar alle våre biff, fjærkre og svin fra lokale norske gårder. Vi ønsker så langt det lar seg gjøre å være et zero waste kjøkken som vil si at vi bruker så mye vi kan av råvarene. Det som ikke brukes til retten blir ofte brukt til å koke kraft eller tørkes og brukes til garnityr på mat eller drikke.
