Capocollo (or Coppa) is a delicately cured meat with a rich flavor that has been loved in Italy for generations.
And yes, you can even make it at home.🤩🤩That’s exactly what we did: we seasoned the meat, let it rest and age for a few months… and then it’s ready to slice and enjoy, simple as that.

For June, it will be our Ingredient of the Month in Lillestrøm, featured on a special focaccia with creamy burratina.
