As many of you who’ve visited our store already know, we run our restaurant in a very small space — and with a small team. Because of these limitations, both in space and staffing, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to remove Gimbap from our menu for now.

After much thought, we believe this is the best choice for more efficient operations at this time.
We truly hope that one day, we’ll be able to bring our Gimbap back.

To everyone who has loved and supported our Gimbap — we’re deeply sorry and so grateful. 💛

We’ll continue doing our best to serve quality food that reflects our care and heart.
