Ewen McHale our colleague of 20 years passed away November 8th.

Ewen worked in several positions during his time with us including head chef and manager. His contributions to developing and maintaining our restaurant helped make Mucho Mas into the Oslo institution that it is today.

From the early days of Grunerløkka’s rise to today’s popular Oslo bydel, Ewen was a friend to all who worked with him and many of you who dined here.

He was a good man and we send our condolences for his loss to the family he leaves behind. ♥️
