Founded in 1838 in Aÿ, Deutz is known for precise, balanced Champagnes with depth and quiet power. With a cellar spanning 3km where the bubbles mature.

We’ll be pouring selected cuvées throughout the evening and talking through what’s in the glass.

For Valentine’s, Tzahi has put together a five-course menu made to share — think avocado ball with hamachi, salsify with yuzu & roe, tender octopus, and a brand new chocolate dessert we’re slightly obsessed with.

Tables are limited, so we’d book sooner rather than later.
And hey — if we happen to sell out, there’s always Friday the 13th for a slightly more daring kind of date;)
