Today, on the 8th of August, Aung's Kitchen made its public debut in front of the Stortinget, at the fundraiser in memory of the 8888 Uprising and for the Spring Revolution in Burma - with my homemade steamed buns.

Really happy that people showed interest in my steamed buns beyond my expectations. It made all the physical and mental labor I expended over a week trying to come up with an affordable-yet-delicious recipe. Needless to say, I'm determined to keep pushing my limits.

မထင်မှတ်ထားလောက်အောင် တခဲနက် အားပေးကြတဲ့အတွက် အများကြီး အားတက်ရပါတယ်။ တပတ်လုံး ဈေးမကြီးပဲ အရသာရှိနိုင်မယ့် ပေါက်စီကောင်းကောင်းရအောင် ကိုယ်အားစိတ်အားသုံးပြီး ကြိုးစားပမ်းစား လေ့လာစမ်းသပ်ရကျိုးနပ်တယ်လို့ ခံစားရပါတယ်။ ဒီ့ထက်ကောင်းအောင် ဆက်ကြိုးစားဖို့လည်း ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်။
