Chef/part of team to small farm in the middle of Lofoten

I am running a small farm with grassfed scottish highland cattle, free range pigs, Lofotlam (PGI) and a few chickens. Last year we started some vegetables and we are constantly dreaming about milk cows to get our own dairy products. We also have a restaurant 30 minutes from the farm, and we butcher the meat ourself. We have a long term contract on the restaurant building, and for the last year of the contract we plan to serve easier lunches, more pastry and cakes. This will give us a chance to work with the highest quality on the farm, taking our farm dinners one step further and serve farm food where it should be served; on the farm!
For next summer we want to focus more on the farm work and therefore its needed to have the most important part of the restaurant closer. We are looking for different ways to make this happen for summer -25 (big tents, old barns, greenhouse... - combined with containers if needed), and from 2026 (when the contract on the old restaurant building is finished) we plan to be ready with a new restaurant on the farm.
Because its a lot of things happening and because we need to start planning now, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated chef to help planning and work together with us to make this come true.
You should be good at organizing and a good team worker. We want to have high standard on the food and everything is of course made with our own farm produce, with things being foraged and harvested around. We have a wide network of local suppliers and we do what we can to make the best out of what we can get from them. We are looking for someone with farm to table experience, but it is not a criteria. Experience from a well run kitchen is necessary and you should be dedicated to local food. Its ok to plate with gold and avocado if you grow and dig it on the farm 😉 If you have been involved in starting kitchens from scratch before it would be amazing.
This is a seasonal job starting on the farm from May, but paperwork and planning has already started and we need you to be able to join this process when needed, probably around 1-2 hours per week in the beginning.
We have a old, small, very old fashion but cosy timber house 15 minutes from the house, and can also help with car. Its impossible to work with us without driving, so you will also need driving licence class B.
