Big news!

Sadly for you, we are closing down.

Due to the choice of having a long term better living and working perspective, we decided to take this path and pull the plug on the bakery.
Even for us this abrupt decision comes with a small surprise.
There are so many factors that come into play for this decision but it is mainly our personal/private living situation and how we see our general future for our family: this plays the biggest factor.
But also that the current location of the bakery will be converted into a new apartment project. Meaning that the current building will be torn down, and another suitable location is almost impossible to find.

For this reason we will stop baking freshly and you will get the chance to buy the "in stock" frozen bread with a 10% discount on the following two Fridays between 10-12 (26/04 and 03/05).

We want to thank all our customers for their support and the great feedbacks we received from you.

Update

From now on, our products will not be Debio certified anymore. We decided to dismiss the certification but we will continue using the same organic produce to make our lovely baked goods :-)
It is basically a matter of trust. And you're welcome to drop by the bakery to see the raw produce for yourself.

Make the best out of it, enjoy and take care🫶🐣🌷!

In March we took some time off for vacation to charge the batteries. Warm temperatures were mainly what we needed. Thankful for sun, family and good food we had a lovely time 🥰. Omg, we were stunned by the bakeries... Such a big choice of empanadas, salty and sweet pieces! It gave us some ideas to think about.

After Easter we are coming stronger back to business and the bakery will be open again on Friday, the 5th of April from 8.30-16.00.

Also, the Reko markets for April are scheduled now. Check it out - see at the different websites. Reko Nordstrand, Sandvika, Lillestrøm, Ås, Bjerke, Ski.

Hello Friday, hello wonderful customers 👋😊🌸!

Tomorrow on Friday we will be open from 8.30 - around 15.30 with a great choice of homemade treats.
Different sourdough bread, lovely rundstykker, Brezels, cookies, cake and more. Most of the ingredients are organic and local.

Have you tried our new rye bread with spices such as coriander, fennel and caraway seeds? It goes very well with salty toppings and ps, it keeps super fresh and tasty for a couple of days.
If you fancy the classic bread version you can choose our Friday hit, Didi the weekender loff😋.
However, you will definitely find sth that suits you and Lucas will be happy to help you.

Hello Friday, hello dear custumers 😊!

We are open tomorrow on Friday (ca. kl. 8.30-15.00) with a super nice choice of fresh baked bread, focaccia, rundstykker, Brezels, Pasta and more goodies 🍞🥨 🥯🍪.
Everything is homemade from scratch, with mainly organic and local ingredients.

Lucas tried out new cookies with homemade dulce de leche, a caramel cream and brown butter... Awww, they got really good. If you fancy dulce de leche, you have to try those lovely cookies!
If you buy a homemade Pasta Tagliatelle package, you will get 2 for 1 cookies.

Time is flying, it's already February. Nice! The winter weather is getting a bit warmer, days will be longer... and we are looking forward to more sun ☀.

For more happy triggers you are welcome to visit our bakery. We are open on Friday from around 8:00 - around 16:00.

There will be a delicious choice out of good, honest bread and other goodies.
Have you tried our new rye bread? It got really popular recently, with caraway seeds and other spices which makes the taste unique.
