I'm Ayesha, originally from the historic city of Fes in Morocco. I moved to France in 2004 to pursue my studies and it was there that I fell in love with the art of Moroccan cuisine, training under renowned chefs. In 2021, I chose Norway, the best place on Earth to raise kids, as my new home to continue sharing my culinary passion and heritage.
