Marius’ favourite dish from the menu is the assorted cured meats.

Serrano, fennel salami and Coppa, served with cherry marmalade, caperberries, semi-dried tomatoes, olives and rye crackers.

Salty, rich and savoury, with sweetness from the cherry marmalade and a little acidity from the accompaniments.

Simple, classic and full of flavour.

One of Simen’s favourite dishes from the menu is the baked Camembert with summer truffle.

French Rouzaire Petit Camembert, baked until warm, soft and almost melting, then finished with honey, truffle oil and freshly grated Spanish summer truffle.

Rich, creamy, aromatic and generous.

Three things Marius would order tonight at Atelier.

First, tomato salad with burrata: fresh, creamy and bright.

Second, baked Camembert: warm French Rouzaire Petit Camembert with honey, truffle oil and freshly grated Spanish summer truffle.

Third, lemon tart: crisp almond shell, smooth lemon cream and soft meringue.

Three dishes. One table. A very good evening at Atelier.

Simen created Atelier as a personal restaurant concept inside Galleri Lofoten, bringing together food, art and the harbour in the heart of Henningsvær.
