Due to a last-minute cancellation, we now have one table available for this Wednesday’s event - Gusbourne Wine at Gaptrast.

Join us for an intimate evening with the winemaker from Gusbourne Estate, one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wine producers.
Experience a beautifully crafted menu from the Gaptrast kitchen, paired with a selection of exceptional Gusbourne wines – a night where English finesse meets Nordic flavour.

Tomorrow, Saturday, September 6, we invite you to be part of something rare!
At 13:00, Gaptrast opens its doors for a special 5-course lunch.

Our chefs will create a unique menu, shaped by carefully raised meat and herbs from Maya Fugelsnes Greve at Nordre Solend Gård.

Therese Storebø from Feddie Ocean Distillery will craft an exclusive cocktail pairing designed to complement each dish.

Price: NOK 1.950,- for the menu + NOK 950,- for the cocktail pairing.

But the day doesn’t end there. As evening falls, the celebration continues at BARK as part of Bergen Matfestival. Here, Therese’s cocktails will again take center stage, this time paired with specially created small plates from our kitchen.

The Michelin Star is an honour we carry with humility, but it doesn’t mark a finish line.
If anything, it sharpens our intention.

We’ll continue to put more of ourselves into every detail – every dish, every service, every fire lit in the kitchen. Not to chase stars, but to honour the craft, the ingredients, and the guests who join us around the table.

We are back from a well deserved holiday and are preparing for our first service day of 2025, on Wednesday January 8th.

We sincerely thanks all our guests for a fantastic 2024 and are looking forward to welcoming all the guests to Gaptrast.
