Some burgers are made for lunch. This one feels more like a late-night decision you’ll be thinking about the next day. 🇰🇷🔥

Meet October’s Brioche Bulgogi: tender marinated rib eye stacked on a soft brioche bun, topped with spicy mayo and a fried egg that brings it all together.

Sweet, savoury, spicy, messy in exactly the right way.
