Mimo tradycyjno艣ci kt贸r膮 bardzo ceni臋, m贸j m膮偶 kt贸ry pochodzi z Chin da艂 mi skosztowa膰 i poszerzy膰 moje kubki smakowe w艂a艣nie przysmakami kuchni Chi艅skiej, z kt贸rej te偶 si臋 du偶o inspiruje.
Tutaj u Zalepionych moim marzeniem jest dzieli膰 si臋 z Wami moimi innowacyjnymi farszami, gdzie oczywi艣cie te偶 nie zabraknie miejsca dla tradycyjnych smakoszy kuchni polskiej馃槉

My name is Ola, I am a student and mother of a 5-year-old daughter. I love cooking and eating, and like you, when abroad, I long for traditional homemade dishes, in my case especially for our delicious Polish dumplings!
Despite the tradition, which I value very much, my husband, who comes from China, allowed me to taste and expand my taste buds with the delicacies of Chinese cuisine, from which I also get inspired a lot.
Here at Zaleponych, my dream is to share my innovative dumplings stuffings with you, where of course, there will also be room for traditional gourmets of Polish cuisine馃槉
I would like to thank the local dumplings lovers who came to Zaleponych, shared their trust, and gave me the opportunity to develop!鉂わ笍

馃嚦馃嚤 Hartelijk welkom voor jullie allemaal bij Zaleponych!
Mijn naam is Ola, ik ben student en moeder van een dochtertje van 5 jaar. Ik hou van koken en eten, en net als jij verlang ik in het buitenland naar traditionele huisgemaakte gerechten, in mijn geval vooral naar onze heerlijke Poolse dumplings!
Ondanks de traditie, die ik zeer waardeer, liet mijn man, die uit China komt, mij proeven en mijn smaakpapillen verbreden met de delicatessen uit de Chinese keuken, waar ik ook veel inspiratie uit haal.
Hier bij Zaleponych is het mijn droom om mijn innovatieve dumplingsvullingen met jullie te delen, waar er natuurlijk ook ruimte is voor traditionele fijnproevers uit de Poolse keuken馃槉
Ik wil graag de lokale dumplingliefhebbers bedanken die naar Zaleponych zijn gekomen, hun vertrouwen hebben gedeeld en mij de kans hebben gegeven om me te ontwikkelen!鉂わ笍
