This year, no socks. No basic presents. No last-minute “I didn’t know what to get him” situation.

For Father’s Day, do it the Gastrovino way: bring papà for a proper Sunday lunch, raise a glass with us for Festa del Papà, or pass by our Mercato and pick a selection of our favourite beers to take home.

Because sometimes the best gift is simple: good beer, good food, and a reason to sit together a little longer.

Wijnmarkt, you were a beauty.
What a day! Glasses in hand, bottles on the table, people discovering new favourites, asking all the right wine questions and casually “just tasting one more” - exactly how we like it.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, tasted with us, laughed with us and made the whole day feel so full of life.

And yes, we already miss it a little.

What a day 🍷🍷
Yesterday’s Wijnmarkt was exactly what we love most: beautiful wines, curious glasses, familiar faces, new discoveries and that warm Gastrovino feeling that makes everything just a little bit more special.

Thank you to everyone who came by, tasted with us, asked questions, laughed, stayed a little longer and made the day so full of life!

We are still enjoying the aftertaste.
And yes… there is more to come.

Where’s Jay?
While we are holding down the fort in Scheveningen, Jay is in Italy with Gastrovino NL, tasting, discovering, and selecting beautiful Italian products.

From fresh pasta to mozzarella, he is bringing back a little extra inspiration for our Mercato.

We were all wondering the same thing…
Where is Jay?

Not at Gastrovino.
Not behind the wine shelves.
Not opening bottles.
Not giving Pippe unsolicited wine advice.

Then suddenly…
there he was.
In a lake.
On holiday.

Still somehow talking about the Gastrovino Wijnmarkt.
And fair enough, because on Sunday 7 June we’re back with over 60 open wines, food from our stands and Mercato, music, sommeliers to guide you, and this year also Tres Pilares, joining us with their winemakers!

So yes, Jay may be on holiday.
But the Wijnmarkt is clearly still on his mind 🍾🍾

But don’t worry: behind the scenes, Chef Giorgio and his team are the ones really creating something special for Gastrovino La Liguria.

A new summer menu is on its way, built around fresh flavours, seasonal ingredients and that unmistakable Gastrovino touch.

Our new wine card is on its way, with even more beautiful bottles, new discoveries and dangerous favourites by the glass.
