This has quickly become our favourite dish of the spring–summer menu. 🍋🥂✨

More than just a salad, it’s a Mediterranean mezze-style platter featuring curried pearl couscous, roasted sweet pepper with a Kalamata olive vinaigrette, smoky baba ganoush, lightly pickled red cabbage, mixed leaves, toasted almonds and warm flatbread for dipping.

Perfect as a wholesome meal on its own or shared around the table alongside our other small plates for a colourful feast of flavour…
