🇳🇮 Now coffee: Don Osman

Our current single origin comes from Finca Santa Isabel in Jinotega, Nicaragua — grown at 1,100m by Osman Gutiérrez Moreno and his sons, and roasted right here in Rotterdam by Giraffe Coffee Roasters

Washed process, light roast, medium body. Expect a sweet, balanced cup with almond, caramel and milk chocolate. Great as espresso, just as good as filter.

Varieties: Caturra, Catuai, Java & Pacamara
Sourced via TreeRich, an agroforestry-focused chain that puts biodiversity and long-term farmer relationships first.

Los Magnificos Geisha comes from Colombia, from Huila and the San Agustín area. Its cup profile is true to the Geisha variety: light, elegant, and silky. Expect notes like citrus, jasmine, and fruit candy. And as good as it tastes, the story behind it is even bigger.

A vibrant coffee from Rwenzori, Uganda, it bursts like a strawberry splashing across your palate—vibrant, juicy, and expressive.

Orange Life
From the Rumudamo area in Sidama, Ethiopia, where smallholder farmers carefully grow and handpick ripe cherries. Using the natural process, the coffee is sun-dried on raised beds, which highlights its fruity, sweet, and wine-like flavors.
