🔥 REAL CARIBBEAN. REAL FLAVOUR. NO SHORTCUTS. 🔥

While some people were wondering what to eat today… others treated themselves to a proper Caribbean feast. 🌴😮‍💨

This weekend we also gave our Coconut Pumpkin Johnny Cakes a little island twist… 🍌🥥🎃

We added sweet ripe plantain to the recipe for the very first time, and the result? Absolutely delicious! Soft, fluffy, slightly sweet, and packed with Caribbean goodness. Safe to say, this won’t be the last time you see them. 🤤🔥
