vernieuwen waar ze tegelijkertijd trouw blijven aan hun basis. Stan Kerckhoffs is sinds 2003 werkzaam bij Restaurant Latour. Een carrière van meer dan 20 jaar in Latour in de rol van Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier en SVH Meestergastheer. Als gastheer vindt hij het belangrijk de gasten op een ongedwongen manier met zorg en aandacht te omringen. Dankzij zijn uitmuntende kennis van wijnen is hij in staat mooie en verrassende wijnen te kiezen bij de gerechten. In de wijnkelder vindt u zowel bekende labels als unieke vondsten van kleine wijnboeren. Al acht jaar is Kenny Friederichs werkzaam bij Latour en inmiddels in de rol als Chef. Zijn passie voor koken begon op jonge leeftijd en hij heeft sindsdien een veelzijdige carrière opgebouwd. Bij Latour brengt Kenny zijn visie tot leven door het gebruik van seizoensgebonden en lokale ingrediënten om lichte en verfijnde gerechten te creëren. De Chef deelt graag de creaties uit de Latour keuken via social media en heeft mooie plannen voor het restaurant. Latour is niet trendgevoelig, maar juist door in te zetten op duurzaamheid ligt er nog een mooie weg voor het restaurant.
