The kitchen may be where you will usually find Servais, but it is certainly not the only part of Beluga he keeps an eye on... 👀

Every now and then, our Patron Cuisinier takes a moment to look into the restaurant and see what happens on the other side: the reaction when a dish arrives, the way guests settle in and enjoy their time together and, most importantly, whether everyone is having the kind of experience we want Beluga to be known for.

After all, Servais does not just watch over the kitchen. He watches over Beluga Loves You as a whole 🤍

With Servais Selection, you hand over the difficult choices to those who know our kitchen best. Our chefs select four courses from our BLY Menu, paired with matching wines, an aperitif and table water, creating an experience where you can focus on what matters most: the flavours from our kitchen, the people around you and the moment itself.

Available during lunch from Wednesday to Saturday and on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

We are incredibly proud to be able to say once again that Beluga Loves You has been awarded a Michelin Star 😍

A moment like this naturally makes you look back at the year behind it. Not at one particular dish or service, but at all the small steps that have shaped Beluga since then: new ideas came in, familiar ones evolved and occasionally we went right back to the start because that felt like the better choice. Whatever changed along the way, the attention we bring to it never did, from the kitchen to the floor, service after service.

That attention is something we carry together. Our team brings it to Beluga every day, supported by suppliers and partners who understand the level we want to work at and continue to help us reach it. So before anything else, thank you for caring, for challenging each other and for putting so much of yourselves into this place ❤️

Then comes the part all of that work is ultimately meant for: sharing it with you, our guests.
