Vacature ambulant medewerker keuken bij Beluga Loves You & KOMBU 👀

Twee keukens, twee compleet eigen concepten, maar één gedeelde passie voor kwaliteit, smaak en beleving. Voor zowel Beluga Loves You als KOMBU wordt daarom gezocht naar een ambulant medewerker keuken die flexibel inzetbaar is binnen beide restaurants.

Je werkt mee aan gerechten die niet alleen verfijnd zijn, maar ook echt iets overbrengen aan de gast. De ene dag sta je midden in de dynamiek van Beluga Loves You, de andere dag werk je mee aan het nieuwe verhaal van KOMBU. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie bijzonder!

Ben jij iemand die gestructureerd werkt, stressbestendig is, graag leert en energie krijgt van samenwerken in een ambitieus team? Dan is dit een mooie stap om ervaring op te doen binnen twee verschillende keukens en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen onze restaurants.

KOMBU groeit en daarom wordt er gezocht naar een Chef de Partie 👀

Nog geen twee weken open, maar ondertussen hebben al ontzettend veel gasten hun weg naar KOMBU weten te vinden. Onder Beluga Loves You ontstaat in Terra een nieuw culinair concept met een volledig eigen sfeer en energie en het is bijzonder om te zien hoeveel mooie reacties en reserveringen daar nu al uit voortkomen.

Nu KOMBU steeds meer vorm begint te krijgen, groeit ook het team verder én daarom wordt er gezocht naar een Chef de Partie die vanaf het begin wil meebouwen aan dit nieuwe verhaal. Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte om door te groeien en de kans om onderdeel te zijn van iets nieuws in Maastricht.

Word jij de nieuwe Maître bij Beluga Loves You 👀

Bij Beluga Loves You draait alles om beleving! Vanaf het moment dat een gast binnenkomt tot het moment van vertrek moet alles kloppen. Niet alleen de gerechten, maar juist ook in de service én daarom zoeken we een Maître die dat begrijpt. Iemand die vooruitdenkt, het team meeneemt en de verbinding legt tussen gast en keuken.

Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer en weet precies wat er speelt. Je stuurt aan waar nodig, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen op het juiste moment het juiste doet. Dit alles doe je in een omgeving waar aandacht en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend zijn, waar je blijft leren en waar je samen met een hecht team bouwt aan iets waar je trots op kunt zijn.
